Thermostatic Control
Our commercial deep fryer features an adjustable thermostat with a temperature range of 140℉ to 392℉. This thermostatic control allows you to precisely adjust the oil temperature, ensuring optimal frying conditions for a variety of foods. Upon reaching the set temperature, an indicator light informs the operator when the fryer is ready for use.
Large Capacity
With a total maximum capacity of 20.7QT/19.6L (10.35QT/9.8L for each basin), this deep fryer can handle substantial cooking tasks efficiently. Equipped with two large fry baskets, each with a capacity of 12.7QT/12L (6.35QT/6L for each basket), this commercial fryer is ideal for high-volume cooking needs. Made from heavy duty stainless steel, the fry baskets are easy to clean and durable.
Updated Version
We’ve enhanced the design with added handles on both sides of the oil tank for effortless pour-in and out. Scales for the maximum and minimum refueling amounts are now included inside the oil tank container, ensuring precise and efficient oil management. The thickened oil tank offers added stability, while the 304 stainless steel heating tube effectively keeps oil temperatures consistent and balanced.
